Xceed Hybrid Boiler Heat Pump

Xceed is available in four single-phase units with outputs of 6kW, 8kW, 12kW and 18kW and is compatible with our newly-launched range of Xylinder heat pump cylinders. Xceed has a maximum flow temperature of 75°C for heating and 18°C for cooling and the heat pumps are rated A+++ at 35°C and A++ at 55°C.

With a heat pump there will be some noise, but this one has a very quiet operation with a sound power level as low as 58dB(A) at 5 metres.

Intergas Cylinders

All the Intergas cylinders direct, indirect, pre-plumbed and heat pump cylinders are made from grade 444 stainless steel (the industry standard is 2304), one of the highest grades of stainless steel on the market and unique to Intergas. Its properties are perfect for hot water cylinders as it has extreme corrosion resistance to limescale, chlorine, stress and pitting and has heat transfer capabilities. And, the heat exchanger coil, which is smooth not corrugated, promotes rapid heat transfer and cylinder recovery.

When it comes to energy saving, the Xylinder range has a specific design feature that sets it apart from the rest: the immersion heater sits above the coil. When it’s needed, the immersion only heats up the water required, not the whole tank, so you don’t have as long to wait if you want a quick shower, and you haven’t wasted any money heating the whole cylinder.
